Part 1 product description
Galvanized corrugated steel sheet is also called galvanized sheet or white iron sheet: it is a cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized thin steel sheet and steel strip with a thickness of 0.25-2.5mm. The surface of the steel plate is beautiful, with massive or leaf-shaped zinc crystal patterns, the galvanized layer is firm, and has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. At the same time, the steel plate also has good welding performance and cold forming performanc e. Compared with electro-galvanized thin steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized thin steel sheets have a thicker galvanized layer and are mainly used for components that require stronger corrosion resistance.
The raw materials used are color steel sheets, and the substrates of color coated steel sheets include electro-galvanized steel sheets, cold-rolled steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets and galvanized steel sheets. The substrates are coated with a layer after degreasing and phosphating processes. The organic paint is baked and finally turned into a bright and colorful color steel plate. The color steel plate undergoes processes such as rolling, cold bending, and pressing, and finally makes various shapes like tiles.

Part 3 Classification
According to the production and processing method, it can be divided into the following categories:
1.Galvanized corrugated board.
The steel sheet is dipped in a bath of molten zinc, thereby adhering the steel sheet with the zinc layer to the surface. At present, it mainly adopts the continuous galvanizing process, that is, the coiled steel plate is continuously immersed in a galvanizing tank and is made into a galvanized steel plate together with molten zinc.
2. Alloy galvanized corrugated board.
This kind of steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after being discharged from the tank, it is heated to about 500°C to form an alloy film of zinc and iron. The galvanized sheet has good paint adhesion and weldability.
3.Galvanized corrugated board.
Galvanized steel sheets produced by electroplating have good machinability. However, the coating is thinner and its corrosion resistance is not as good as that of hot-dip galvanized panels.
4.Single-sided and double-sided galvanized corrugated sheets.
Single-sided galvanized steel sheet is a product that is galvanized on only one side. In terms of welding, painting, antirust treatment, processing, etc., it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized panels. In order to overcome the disadvantage of not being galvanized on one side, another galvanized sheet is coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided differential galvanized sheet.
5.Alloy and composite galvanized corrugated board.
It is a steel plate made of zinc and other metals, such as lead and zinc alloys, or even composite coatings. This steel plate not only has excellent antirust performance, but also has good coating performance.

-Material characteristics of corrugated galvanized sheet
1. Type of steel plate
There are many types of steel sheets for corrugated galvanized sheets, but they mainly include ordinary carbon structural steel, low-alloy high-strength steel, and corrosion-resistant steel. These steel plates have different strength, hardness, corrosion resistance and machinability, and are suitable for different fields.
2. Thickness
The general thickness of corrugated galvanized sheet is 0.4mm-1.2mm, which is mainly affected by the application field and use conditions. When selecting materials, consider production requirements and use requirements, and choose an appropriate thickness.
3. Thickness of zinc layer
The thickness of galvanized layer is one of the important factors affecting the quality of galvanized corrugated sheet. Generally, the thickness of the galvanized layer is 20-60 μm. Different thicknesses of galvanized layers will have different effects on the corrosion resistance and durability of the material, and need to be selected according to the application requirements.
-Application field of corrugated galvanized sheet
Corrugated galvanized sheets are widely used in construction, automobiles, home appliances, agriculture, and aviation. Among them, the construction industry is one of the main application fields of corrugated galvanized sheet, which is used to build roofs, walls, warehouses, pipelines, etc.
-Advantages of corrugated galvanized sheet
1. Strong anti-corrosion performance
The thickness of the corrugated galvanized sheet is moderate, and the surface is galvanized. It has good anti-corrosion performance and can be used for a long time in a humid environment.
2. Good durability
The corrugated galvanized sheet has been processed well, and there will be no problems such as warping and cracking during use, and it has excellent durability.
3. Low cost
Compared with other materials, corrugated galvanized sheet is cheap and has excellent performance in service life, which has high cost performance.
Galvanized Sheet is a mainly used: a large number of galvanized shet plate used in automobile manufacturing, cooler, construction, ventilation and heating facilities and furniture manufacturing and other fields. Galvanized become important steel anticorrosion method, not onlt because the zinc can be formed in the steel surface protective layer of dense, but also because of the zinc has the effect of cathodic protection, when the galvanized layer damaged, it can still through the cathodic corrocion protection to prevent the iron base.
Galvanized steel sheet is to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from corrosion and prolong its service life. A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the steel sheet. This galvanized steel sheet is called galvanized sheet. The surface of the steel plate is beautiful, with massive or leaf-shaped zinc crystal patterns, the galvanized layer is firm, and has excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. At the same time, the steel plate also has good welding performance and cold forming performance. Compared with electro-galvanized thin steel sheets, hot-dip galvanized thin steel sheets have a thicker galvanized layer and are mainly used for components that require stronger corrosion resistance. Galvanized corrugated steel sheet is cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized thin steel sheet and steel strip with a thickness of 0.25-2.5mm. It is widely used in construction, packaging, railway vehicles, agricultural machinery manufacturing and daily necessities.
