Part 1 Product Description
Galvanizing refers to a surface treatment technology that coats a layer of zinc on the surface of metals, alloys or other materials for aesthetics and anti-rust effects. The main method used is hot-dip galvanizing. Zinc is easily soluble in acid and alkali, so it is called amphoteric metal. Zinc hardly changes in dry air. In humid air, a dense basic zinc carbonate film will be formed on the surface of zinc.
In the atmosphere containing sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide and marine atmosphere, the corrosion resistance of zinc is poor, especially in the atmosphere of high temperature, high humidity and organic acid, the zinc coating is easily corroded. The standard electrode potential of zinc is -0.76V. For the steel substrate, the zinc coating is an anodic coating. It is mainly used to prevent the corrosion of steel. The quality of its protective performance is closely related to the thickness of the coating. After the zinc coating is passivated, dyed or coated with light protection agent, its protection and decoration can be significantly improved.
Part 2 Galvaniozed craftsmanship:
Alkaline process means that the pH value of the electroplating solution is alkaline. However, due to different complexing agents, it can be divided into binary cyanide alkaline solution and sulfate aqueous solution. Cyanide itself is a very old species of electroplating. There are mainly transparent components in the plating solution: main salt zinc oxide, complexing agent sodium cyanide and conductive salt sodium hydroxide (commonly known as caustic soda). There was no brightener in the early cyanide bath.
With the improvement of people’s aesthetic requirements, a brightening agent is added to the transparency of the cyanide solution. The process of cyanide solution is stable, and the dispersion ability of electroplating solution is good. According to the content of cyanide solution, it can be divided into high cyanide, medium cyanide and low cyanide clarification. The biggest disadvantage of cyanide is that it is highly toxic and harmful to the environment.

1. Q235 galvanized coil

It is mainly produced by the continuous galvanizing process, in which rolls of steel sheet are continuously dipped into a bath of molten zinc to make galvanized steel sheet.
3. DC01 Galvanized steel coil

4.DX52D Galvanized steel coil

G550 Galvanized coil belongs to high-strength series galvanized sheet, with high requirements for tensile strength and yield strength. Its minimum yield strength is 560Mpa, minimum tensile strength is 650Mpa, and zinc layer thickness is 275g/m2. It has strong corrosion resistance and is mainly used for building structures with high strength.
