Part 1 Production Description
Low carbon steel (mild steel) is carbon steel with a carbon content of less than 0.25%, Generally refers to steel with a carbon content between 0.10% and 0.25%. Because of its low strength, low hardness and softness, it is also called mild steel. It includes most of ordinary carbon structural steel and some high-quality carbon structural steel. Low-carbon steel plate is a kind of material that is widely used.
Cold Rolled Sheet is a product rolled at the recrystallization temperature. It is mostly used in automobile manufacturing and electrical products. Cold rolling is rolling at the recrystallization temperature, but it is generally understood as rolling with normal temperature rolled materials.
DC01 Is a cold-rolled steel plate, in the national standard GBT 5213-2008 cold-rolled low carbon steel plate and steel strip definition, tensile strength 270 ~ 410 (σb/MPa), yield strength 130~260 (σs/MPa), yield strength 130~260 (σs/MPa).
Part 2 Production Process
1.Properties
Since there is no heating during the production process, there are no defects such as pits and iron oxide scales that often occur in hot rolling, and the surface quality is good and the finish is high. Moreover, the dimensional accuracy of cold-rolled products is high, and the performance and structure of the products can meet some special requirements for use, such as electromagnetic properties and deep drawing properties.

The minimum thickness is 0.2-4mm, the width is 600-2 000mm, and the length of the steel plate is 1200-6000mm.

4. Performance
Mainly low-carbon steel grades, which require good cold bending and welding performance, as well as certain stamping performance.
Cold-rolled sheet has good performance, that is, through cold-rolling, cold-rolled strip and steel sheet with thinner thickness and higher precision can be obtained, with high flatness, high surface finish, clean and bright surface of cold-rolled sheet, and easy for coating Processing, many varieties, wide application, high stamping performance, no aging, low yield point, so cold-rolled sheet has a wide range of uses, mainly used in automobiles, printed iron drums, construction, building materials, bicycles and other industries. At the same time, it is also the best choice for the production of organic coated steel sheets.
5. Type
(1) After annealing, it is processed into ordinary cold rolling;
(2) The galvanizing unit with pre-annealing treatment device processes galvanizing;
(3) Panels that basically do not require processing.
Commonly used steel grades are CDCM – SPCC (SPCD, SPCE, ST12, ST13, ST14, BLC, BLD, BUSD, BUFD, BSUFD, etc.), but their properties are basically the same.

1.Aluminum-zinc plating
55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon are plated on the surface of the steel plate by continuous molten coating process.
