Part 1 Product Description

Part 2 Classification
1.Hot-rolled carbon steel pipes
Hot-rolled carbon steel pipes are divided into general steel pipes, low-pressure and medium-pressure boiler steel pipes, high-pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, geological steel pipes and other steel pipes.
2.Cold-rolled (drawn) carbon steel pipes
Cold-rolled (drawn) carbon steel pipes include general steel pipes, low-pressure boiler steel pipes, high-pressure boiler steel pipes, alloy steel pipes, stainless steel pipes, petroleum cracking pipes, and other steel pipes, as well as carbon thin-walled steel pipes, alloy thin-walled steel pipes, and non-stainless steel thin-walled steel pipes. 3.Welded carbon steel pipe
It is made of high-quality carbon steel such as #10, #20, #30, #35, #45, 16Mn, 5MnV and other low-alloy structural steels or 40Cr, 30CrMnSi, 45Mn2, 40MnB and other alloy steels that are hot-rolled or cold-rolled. #10, #20 and other low-carbon steel seamless pipes are mainly used for pipelines. Seamless pipes made of medium carbon steel such as #45 and 40Cr must be used to manufacture mechanical parts, such as stressed parts of automobiles and tractors. Carbon steel pipe strength and flattening tests are generally used. Hot-rolled steel pipe dies in a hot-rolled state or a heat-treated state; cold-rolled dies in a heat-treated state.
Part 3 Usage
Carbon steel pipes commonly used in production are generally divided into three categories: high, medium and low carbon. High-carbon steel pipes have the highest carbon content, generally greater than 0.6%, but we know that the higher the carbon content, the greater the brittleness, so high-carbon steel pipes are generally not used in industrial production. Medium carbon steel pipe is generally 0.25%~0.6%. This type of steel pipe has moderate hardness and is widely used. Mild steel pipes contain less than 0.25% carbon and are therefore more common in industrial applications.
Part 4 Square Steel Pipe
